Delivery Information
ANGIE BLACK delivers within Kosovo and to selected European Union destinations.
Available destinations, shipping costs and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, your order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the sales contract is concluded.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the agreed period, please contact us at info@angie-black.com. Your statutory rights concerning late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped from Kosovo and may require customs clearance.
Before you place your order, we will indicate whether applicable import VAT, customs duties and
clearance fees are included in the total price or payable separately. Where these charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will inform you that additional charges may apply.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, you may withdraw from your contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods.
The withdrawal period begins when you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier,
receives the goods. If items from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision before the withdrawal period expires:

You may also notify us by post at the return address below. The optional withdrawal form at the end of this policy may be used, but is not required.
Please include your order number to help us identify your purchase. We may provide a Return
Authorisation (RA) number for processing purposes; however, prior approval or an RA number is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
Discounted items remain subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights.
How to Return Your Order
Please send your items back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period expires.

Pack your items securely and include your order number or proof of purchase. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of dispatch.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. We cover the necessary return costs for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Please do not send returns cash on delivery. Contact us to arrange shipping for returns at our expense.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop.
Please return items with their original tags and packaging wherever possible. Missing tags or packaging do not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This may include wearing, washing or altering an item.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for express or premium delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
No refund fee will be charged.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Any applicable price difference or additional delivery cost will be communicated before you agree to the exchange.
Requesting an exchange does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy at no cost to you.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal period and are not restricted by it.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory protection applicable in your country of residence.
